With so many different bingo sites online today, there are many that we don’t have time to visit on a regular basis. One of those is Silk Bingo.
Silk Bingo was first launched in November 2001 but has gone through many changes over the years. In 2010 it had a makeover and then in 2013 it was acquired by United Commissions. A recent visit to the site revealed that it’s had another makeover!
New Look For Silk Bingo
Although the changes in design are quite subtle, it’s certainly brings a fresher feel to the site. There’s also a new design for the logo, one that we think is very swish.
As well as a new look for the home page, when you login to play, you’ll see that Silk Bingo has been upgraded to the new HTML5 lobby and game play.
Bonus Changes At Silk Bingo
Sadly the improvements have not been translated to the bonus structure for the site, in fact there has been a reduction in what is being offered to new players.
Previously there was a hybrid deal of 400%, 200% for bingo and 200% for slots. This has now been decreased to a standard 200% for bingo. The T&Cs for the offer are:
New players only. Min £10 deposit for 200% bonus up to £200. Withdrawal restrictions apply: wagering 3X (deposit + bonus). Full T&C’s apply.
Part of the change, as you can see in the T&C’s, is that the wagering requirements have been reduced from 4x deposit + bonus to just 3x deposit + bonus. So whilst the drop in bonus isn’t great, the drop in wagering is an improvement.
The final point worth noting, and this isn’t a change, is that a standard Dragonfish bingo site requires a minimum £5 deposit before withdrawal, Silk Bingo requires £30. Additionally, the minimum withdrawal amount is £30 at this site rather than the standard £20.
