Goddess of Life – A beautifully unique game
We always like to see a slot that takes a completely unique approach to its theme and design, and Goddess of Life is certainly not a concept that we’ve seen before. We took its reels for a few test spins to see whether this new concept had anything to offer.
What’s it all about?
This 5 reel, 20 payline slot game is based upon a nature theme of the varying elements (earth, wind, water etc.); the symbols that you’ll be hoping to spin are the Goddess herself, whose worth a huge 10000x multiplier for the spinning of 5 occurrences (she’s also a wild symbol which substitutes for all others where higher scoring combinations can be made) as well as the fire symbol, which is worth 2000x, 300x, 50x and 5x multipliers for the spinning of 5, 4, 3 or 2 occurrences respectively. This game additionally features the standard slot letters and numbers of A through to 10.
The minimum per payline bet in this game is £0.01 and the maximum is £2, which then means that per spin you can play with anything up to £40.
Any Bonus Rounds/Special Features?
The Crystal Cave Bonus
The Crystal Cave Bonus is triggered by spinning 3 of the Bonus symbols on reels 2, 3 and 4. During this round you’ll be asked to pick a crystal from a selection in order to win instant cash prizes. Once you’ve picked a Crystal that says ‘Collect’ the bonus round will end and you’ll be returned back to the main game.
The Scatter Of Life and Free Games
Spinning 3 or more of the scatter symbol will see you awarded with a 500x, 50x or 5x multiplier as well as triggering the Free Games bonus feature. To dictate how many free games you’ll be awarded with you are asked to choose one of four of the elements symbols at the beginning of the round.
Further free games can be won during this round by spinning a further 3 (or more) of the Goddess of Life symbols. Wild multipliers during this round multiplies your wins by 3.
How does it look?
This game looks great! The symbols are colourful and wonderfully detailed and the nature theme is brought to life by realistic looking controls and a mountainous backdrop. The animations have been done well and the spinning is super swift, meaning that you’re not hanging around a second longer than you should be between spins. All in all this is one seriously well designed game.
Whilst the relatively low maximum bet of £40 may well put some serious players off we’d say that the gameplay itself is reason enough to take this game for a few test spins of your own.
We particularly enjoyed the construction of the bonus rounds and felt that this certainly offered something unique to the game slot world. Couple this with one seriously shiny design and you have both a beautiful game as well as an enjoyable one.
