A Night Out – Drinks, Ladies and 20 paylines
We took the ‘Night Out’ reels for a few spins to see whether this fun and funky looking theme would have you passing up on a Night Out to sit in with it.
What’s it all about?
This 5 reel, 20 payline games is all about a Night Out on the tiles (well, mostly a man’s night out on the tiles as the symbols include a few beautiful ladies and some drinks).
The highest value of the symbols is the Blonde Lady (who’s looking rather surprised,we might add). She’ll earn you a 1000x multiplier if you manage to spin 5 of her onto an active payline. At the bottom of the payouts we have the Kiwi Cocktail, which awards between a 100x multiplier for 5 occurrences and a 5x multiplier for 2 occurrences.
To operate the stake placed and active paylines you’ll need to select the numbers at the side of the reel and use the ‘Bet Per Line’ button. For those who spin with maximum bet values there’s a straightforward ‘Bet Max’ button for you. There’s no demo version of this game for those who like to try before they buy, so if you want to see how it plays for yourself we’re afraid it’s paid play only.
Any Bonus Rounds/Special Features?
The Wild Symbol
The Wild Symbol in this game is the pint of beer. This will substitute for all other symbols asides from the scatter or bonus symbols. This symbol is worth a massive 10000x multiplier for the spinning of 5 and a 10x multiplier for the spinning of 2.
The Scatter Symbol
The scatter symbol in this game is the Lady on the Dancefloor. This symbol awards scatter payouts that are multiplied by the total bet you have down and then added to your winning line.
The Bonus Feature
To trigger this round you’ll need to spin the Bonus symbol on reels 1 and 5.
How does it look?
This game features some rather funky music, which, whilst entertaining at first, quickly becomes annoying. Other than that however this game is fun, fun, fun all the way. The graphic design has obviously been undertaken by a few skilled professions and the ‘Night Out theme is worked well through well chosen symbols and the Bar background finishes it off nicely.
Lastly the animations work well, particularly the speed of the spinning reels, which moved and stopped promptly for game play that was pretty fast paced.
This game certainly sets a bit of a party atmosphere with its graphics and opening music, however we were disappointed to see that it lacked plenty of bonus rounds to compliment the fun theme.
That said, not every slot gamer loves having to jump between bonus screens, so it will definitely be suited to some. Overall we would say that this game is worthy of a decent 7 out of 10.
