We have made no secret about our dislike of the Cozy Games product over the years and have been equally as honest as to the reasons why. Predominantly this was around the withdrawal rules and the wagering / minimum deposits and withdrawals that are set out in the terms and conditions for each site using this software platform.
However, a recent review of a couple of the new titles to join the portfolio of sites powered by the Cozy Games software revealed that they have been some quite significant changes to these rules. The amendments certainly put the platform in a more favourable light with us.
T&C Changes At Cozy Games Sites
It used to be that a player was required to have deposited a minimum of £10 in order to a) claim the welcome cash match bonus and b) request a withdrawal. At sites on the Live Bingo Network, this has been reduced to just £5 but remains the same on the Lucky Duck Network.
For withdrawals, the minimum amount used to be £30 (a reduction from the original £50 that the sites requested!) but this has also been dropped. To request a withdrawal at the sites on any of the networks now, the minimum is now just £10.
Another change that has been implemented is around the cap on weekly withdrawals. Previously it was just £300, unless you had won a progressive jackpot and then it was increased to £1,000. The maximum of £300 remains in place but if you are someone who deposits a lot, you could cash out more. They have added a new rule that says the cap could be 2x the average amount of your weekly deposit in the previous four weeks. The highest of the two will be the cap amount set on your account.
New NetEnt Games At Cozy Games Brands
As well as the changes that we have covered above, another step in the right direction for the Cozy Games site has been the introduction of a selection of NetEnt instant win games.
Popular across the Internet, and already available at many other bingo sites, you will now find titles like Gonzo’s Quest at sites on the Cozy Games platform.
Cozy Games Still Offering £15 Free Play
What we had expected from the Cozy Games camp when the new tax was introduced on 1st August 2017 was that all sites would drop their free play bonuses. This has yet to happen but we still think it will be something we see dropped in the not too distant future.
